Caledonian Organics and Graig Producers (Wales & Borders, and West Country) between them cover Scotland, Wales, the Borders and South West England. Their primary aim is to ensure that their organic livestock farming members remain financially viable by representing their members in the organic market place, and by supplying a range of services which improve their businesses. By acting together members can achieve so much more when selling their finished livestock than if acting alone.
Part of the services offered to members is a Store Stock service to find buyers or sellers for members' animals. This website is a joint collaboration between Cal Org and the Graig Groups to bring a national structure to the organic beef and lamb stores market.
Buyers and sellers can have the confidence of professional farmer-controlled organisations ensuring that a fair and efficient service, with built-in safeguards is available to the organic sector.

Caledonian Organics is an independent farmer owned co-operative focusing solely on marketing organic lamb and beef in Scotland.
CalOrg focuses on consigning fatstock to the major supermarket processors and can impact the price of organic lamb and beef by negotiating as one single organic group throughout Scotland.
CalOrg is in partnership with Longtown Mart to market Organic store stock. Longtown Mart has an enormous amount of experience in valuing and marketing store stock. CalOrg and Longtown hope to bring organisation and structure to the organic stores market by working together. CalOrg keep track of up to date adverts for organic stores on this website - Longtown will then shortly be in touch to discuss requirements and arrange a visit to value stock.
Graig Producers (Wales & Borders) is the longest established, and probably largest independent dedicated organic livestock marketing group in the country. Started over 10 years ago, the Group has been a pioneer of collaborative organic livestock marketing. The area covers the whole of Wales, and neighbouring English counties. It supplies a range of services to its members, in addition to marketing of organic beef and lamb. It offers three types of membership - full, dairy (for dairy farmers wanting to sell cull cows), and In-Conversion (for farmers in the process of converting to organic farming).
Graig Producers South West was launched in 2006, with the purpose of offering the range of major benefits to be had from collaborative marketing to organic livestock farmers in the West Country. From its local base in Cornwall, it covers the whole region, as far as Wiltshire and Somerset, offering a similar benefits as Graig Producers in Wales and the Borders.
